Hi, I'm Nadia 👋 

I am a food-loving blogger who loves socialising from a distance. Finding unexpected bargains gives me a bounce in my step and I spend way too much time watching Reels when I should be sleeping.

I love to binge-watch reality tv and I really love going on holidays BUT, herein lies the problem, because our budget was maxed out every month! There was no wiggle room for a weekend getaway!

I was sick of spending so much money on groceries!

The seed for Plan My Meals began with my mission to cut our family's ridiculous monthly grocery bill.

We were also spending a small fortune on Uber Eats each month. There were too many nights when I just did not have the mental capacity to think of what to cook for supper. 

Let's not even talk about how many fresh ingredients were dying a slow death in my fridge because I thought I would use them for 'something' during the week.

How Plan My Meals was born

For 6 weeks, I meticulously planned our meals and chopped and changed ingredients to save both money AND time.

Now I offer you a weekly 'Cook Once, Eat Twice' menu where you only have to cook full dinners for 3 nights a week. 

It's been an absolute game changer!
